This hotel doesn't have a pool, a fountain in the lobby or a restauarant but if you want a clean, quiet comfortable stay at a great price this is the place.

A Gem in “Gem City”

Just a overnight stay. This hotel is in a very convenient location with excellent parking. This hotel is a refurb of what used to be one of the finest hotels in Quincy. They are still in the process but if they continue the process it will regain status of one of the best. Thank you for your excellent service and attention to the little things that add to comfort and security.

The rooms are newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. HOWEVER, the front desk is rarely staffed, breakfast is to be from 6-9 every day and that doesn’t happen. It’s hit or miss. I prepared the coffee two times during my stay and at 8-8:30 there had not been any breakfast preparation or set up. On top of that there was no front desk staff present to even contact. Management has really dropped the ball

They are going through a remodel. I could not get a late check in. My cell phone died and I was unable to call the number posted on the window. No phone in rooms. I was told its because everyone has cell phones now. No maid service and I was locked out of my room due to a defective key card. We spent more time waiting to get in to the hotel then actually being there. The whole time we were there there were 3 staff members.
This is a picture of me trying to get inside. Nobody was available. Super sad really.

Upscale accommodations at reasonable rates

Heritage Hotel is a very nice place recently opened near the Quincy riverfront. Despite its reasonable price it was full of upscale comfort and amenities. My room was quiet, spotless & even luxurious. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, towels were plush. Fridge and microwave. Everything worked, everything was clean. Free breakfast too although I missed it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I have to start by saying, wow! I was definitely not expecting what I got when I arrived. First off, the reception person was extremely nice, and very accommodating. Heritage hotel is obviously an older hotel in the Quincy area, and it is being renovated, But you would never know that by the look of the inside. The room was fantastic, the bathroom has all new fixtures all new plumbing, new shower. The beds actually have real mattresses, real pillows, new AC units. Getting up the next morning, breakfast was definitely continental, but it was probably one of the best kind of breakfast I’ve had. Somebody that stays in hotels five days a week, I am always looking for a bargain. This has to be the best bargain going. Extremely convenient to eating options, shopping close by. I could not have been happier with my decision to stay at the Heritage Hotel.

I booked this hotel for my mother. She ended up having to get steroids because of how bad the BEDBUGS were. I haven’t heard back from them nor have they refunded the stay. It’s disgusting. Smelled horribly and she is getting extermination just to ensure she didn’t bring anything home with her. Completely appalled.
