Xavier was fantastic! I stayed here with a group of 12, and the receptionist was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, accomodating, kind and friendly and he made our stay extremely pleasant. The hotel itself offers decent value for money and the breakfast is good. Great place overall.

The property offers good value for money. The breakfast spread is very varied and the quality of the food is incredible. It was by far one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had. I need to compliment Xavier, the receptionist, on his amazing service. I made a booking for 12 of mt hiking buddies for 2 nights, and Xavier did his utmost to ensure that my friends and I were taken care of while in Quito. His dedication to service excellence is refreshing, and it really made our stay enjoyable.
