I recently spent a week at Le Parc Hotel in Quito for a business trip, and I can confidently say it was one of the best international hotel experiences I’ve had outside of the U.S. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—some of the best service I’ve experienced at any international hotel. The turn-down service each evening was a thoughtful and appreciated touch, adding a layer of comfort to an already luxurious stay. The location is outstanding, nestled in Quito’s financial district and within easy walking distance of amazing restaurants, shopping, and the city’s main park. I spent several evenings exploring the surrounding neighborhoods and always felt safe and welcomed by the local community. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—elegant, modern, and clearly crafted with attention to detail. The suites are spacious and comfortable, and the blend of sustainability and luxury creates a unique, high-end experience. While I was here for work, I appreciated the co-working spaces, and I can see how this would also be a perfect hotel for leisure travelers. If you're coming to Quito for business or pleasure, I highly recommend Le Parc Hotel. It offers a boutique experience with five-star hospitality, right in the heart of the city.

Really nice hotel. Excellent area. Walk to lots of restaurants, shopping, the park. There are 2 towers one is quite new. Try to get that one. The rooms are beautiful. I initially had a room in the older tower and while nice, was slightly tired looking. I moved to the newer rooms and it was amazing. Roof top bar is nice quiet spot for drinks and dinner. Main floor bar and restaurant very nice The price point of this hotel makes no sense to me... it's an excellent deal. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the "apartment" on the 6th floor all to myself. Brand new, like a home, everything there for a fabulous stay. I want to live there. This hotel is way beyond 5 stars. Dario the front desk lovely man was so helpful and kind. Must mention Jorge, the sweetheart who made sure I had all I needed, found time to assist in luggage and taxis with a genuine smile and caring.

Greeted by helpful, knowledgable and friendly staff. Needed to go back to airport in morning to retrieve lost luggage, hotel arranged a taxi with a set price of 20$. The taxi driver spoke to baggage agent on phone in Spanish and walked us to the place to meet and pick up our luggage. He never left us stranded. Beautiful new hotel, but incomplete experience

The room is brand new and stylish. The location is convenient. People were friendly and breakfast was nice. However the double blind in the bedroom didn't work so well. There was no blind in the bathroom so you could see the construction site across the street. Also there was no coffee or tea provided in the room, although it did come with a fully equipped small kitchen.
