Excellent location. Park across the street, it has a running track, soccer, volleyball, tennis courts, botanical garden, pet agility aerea, reptile space, skateboard aerea, etc. Two subway stations, two major shopping centres within 10-15 min walk, buses, taxis, etc. Restaurants nearby, just a great location. Security staff are friendly and helpful. Terrace has a BBQ and relaxing/lounging aerea. Owner replied within an hour to answer questions. Condo is fully stocked-blender, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, plus a space heater. Fresh flowers, wine, and fresh fruit welcomed us. Perfect condo for two people. Highly recommend it.
