it is not three stars. Insulation is very bad, traffic and doors shutting noise all night. The air conditioner runs but doesn't give the cool air, the shower has a bad odor. Wifi is too slow. I won't come back.

Not luxury, not 3 star, not 20 square meters

We went during the Tet holiday. The price was high enough that we thought we would be getting a good room. The listing on Expedia described it as being 20 square meters. It was maybe 14. The bedroom was maybe 8 feet by 12 feet, and that might be generous. It was so small I couldn't walk from my side of the bed to the bathroom without ducking to avoid the wall hung tv. The beds were hard, there was no topsheet, just a scratchy polyester quilt that God knows how many people had used between washings. The bathroom was small and miserable. The pool on the roof had maybe 18 inches of water in it and was surrounded by laundry that was drying. The listing on Expedia,and Agoda, for that matter, is wildly musleading. This is a one star hotel. Expedia might want to inspect the hotel before continuing with the existibg listing..

Our first room had such a bad odour, we asked to be moved. Staff was very courteous, next room was better.The area is under construction, it is everywhere.Hard to find a meal, the restaurant is not great.

Good location

Nice staff. Good location and price just off the beach. The window didn’t open in our first room and they moved us to another with opening windows at no extra cost. Twice the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking. The manager apologized profusely.
