Facing the lake, the 32' RV trailer with 2 slide outs. 200' from lake with kitchen, queen bedroom, futon, shower bathroom. At Twin Lakes in Clifton, ID. Camp spot is 60'X 80'ft, add your extra free 2 tent spots with 6 extra guest at the RV or tent guest can Stay on private beach with primitive camping with up to 2 tents. 3rd and 4th tent spot is an additional $20 per tent per night. I prefer the RV plugged into power with AC & water, at the house location. Shared use of red paddle boat shown.
The space
The Fully Functional RV trailer located at the house just steps from the lake and has its own small 40'x 80' lot. guest can collect fresh chicken eggs from the chicken house 30' away. The Rv Trailer has its own power, water, AC, heat, and sewer and over looks the lake. You can climb straight to the water about 200' or meander 500' to the lakes water on a meandering trail. free use of lake toys. RV trailer is 32' long 8' wide with 2 slide outs. nice kitchen, queen bedroom is separate from living area, Approx 260sqft picnic table and grill,
Guest access
May park next to the RV / trailer. There's enough space for a large truck with a 3 stall horse trailer to pull through and not need to back up. parking is at available at the beach parking.
Other things to note
There is a deli & gas station 2 miles away. We have a cook in the family that is $30 an hour with a 1 Hr minimum. We can handle large groups, reunions and weddings at additional cost. AC works great. The large private beach has 3 sections that can be rented out for private events. This is rural in Clifton Idaho. Countryside with no sidewalks, dirt roads, no grass on property, however lakefront with some sandy beach areas. Chickens run free, horses, mules, goats, sometimes in the pasture area. Forrest and BLM land near. There is a shared swingset. Guest are allowed to bring other 6 additional guest that can camp on primitive raw ground if they bring their own tents, and sleeping gear when renting this property. For larger events people may be able to rent the RV/camper and additionally book the 3 bedroom 2 bath lake house. Guest would be able to bring up to 20 tents and campers for an additional fee for $10 per tent per night. We love to see our guest haves good time. Our guest love being able to have everything, all the luxury of electricity, air conditioners, heating, water, sewer. Took out the kitchen windows and see the lake and water fowl. Nice sunsets. Being able to use the red paddle boat that seats 2 adults and 2 children and use our life jackets that we provide. The trails in the property and more trails nearby. Collecting eggs can be an adventure since our hens run free. Guest can bring a limited number of other guest allowing guest to bring up to 2 tents to be set up by the RV or on our private land in a primitive spot. There are picnic tables. Idaho allows children under14 to fish. Cell phone service works on most parts of the property. Wifi works near the RV and at theRV
