This hotel is located at a quiet, residential area and is easy to access with metro. While it was clean, the staff was nowhere to be found most of the day Sunday, with guests waiting with their luggages for hours. The towels were old and grey, I had to ask three times to get a second set (if I could find the receptionist). It is more like a student hostel than a hotel. Seems like converted from an apartment, not worth the $$

Jolie chambre et salle de bain. Lit très confortable. Hôtel très bien situé, près de restaurants et du tramway. Personnel accueillant mais non-disponible avant 9h, ce qui s'avère peu pratique pour effectuer le check-out. Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel.

Good place, staff difficult to find

This was a pretty good place to stay in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The only real issue I had was reception staff not being available for long periods of time. Throughout my stay, my room key kept deactivating. Each time, I’d have to go downstairs to reception to get it reactivated. 2/3 times there was no one to be found. I had to wait for a combined few hours until someone showed up at the desk. I also called the hotel number, but the number was the front desk phone and no one was there to answer it. This was a little frustrating as it happened more than once, and the hotel said there would be someone available always from 9am-midnight.

Brand new apartments with wonderful staff

I am almost certain we were possibly the 1st guests to stay at this property. Really nice design and a great location. As with all newly opened apartments/hotels, there are bound to be a few issues(power cut out and wifi was hit and miss at the beginning) yet I would happily recommend this place to anyone. The staff were truly amazing and so warm and friendly. You guys are the definition of exceptional customer service. Wish you all the best
