The Villa del Poggio is a beautiful 4-room house spanning across 95 square meters and situated on two levels. On the lower level, you will find two bedrooms - the first bedroom has a French bed (160 cm) and a shower/bidet/WC, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a shower/WC. Both bedrooms have an exit to the garden. The upper level features a bedroom with sloping ceilings and a French bed (160 cm), also equipped with a shower/WC. The living room is tastefully furnished with a double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, radio, CD-player, and DVD, and it opens up to a terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, countryside, and forest. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, a dining table, and an exit to the garden.
