They never cleaned rooms, used cups, mugs were not cleaned, empty bottles were not replaced, used towels were never changed, bedsheets were not changed and bed was made in a rubbish manner without even cleaning bedsheets, didn’t replace toilet rolls and when asked for it, they just gave one without saying any apology. Room was always hot, couldn’t make cooler (temp was 19 but room temp always goes to 21), only few hot food options and those are not really fresh. Reception people were quite rude and harsh way of communicating. One of our rooms didn’t have any slipper and weighing machine was faulty but not replaced. It’s not worth the money.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not up to the standards of Radissons around the world. After unpacking our bags, we discovered that the TV wasn't working. We called a technician who couldn't fix it, and we were effectively stuck without a TV.

once was enough

we arrived at 11:30PM , took us approx 25 minutes to check in ( 2 rooms ) ' only to find out that the rooms we booked were not available ( stay tuned - we booked more than 10 weeks back , and requested a superior room with a king-size bed, we were later told that hotel prioritizes requests from direct booking guests , we booked through Hotels.com ) . Room service was also a joke , by 3PM , our rooms were not serviced ... Front desk staff , were arrogant. it's a pity since this is a Radison , and a relatively new facility. need to also keep in mind that the hotel is far from city center ... I do have to complement the breakfast buffet. It was very good . But for us it was a threesome visit (first time, last time and once too much)
