It’s an older building but was clean and well maintained. Nice little gazebo, deck, bbqs, and fire pit for use. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit the evening we were there.

The property was recently renovated so everything was in good condition. We were able to use the communal barbecue and cook on the stove. We could open the windows so didn’t need to use the air conditioner. There was also a ceiling fan. Being upstairs gave us a pleasant view and was safely above car fumes. The bed was comfortable- pillows were a little soft and there was only one spare one. We could have done with more cutlery, a tea strainer, and salt and pepper. The shower was adequate. We felt that all the available properties in Radium were overpriced, given that they were in need of serious renovation. This one was probably one of the best places, as a serious effort had been made to update the interior facilities.

Quaint little motel conveniently located half a block off hwy. Older nicely kept place, rooms were very clean and quiet, little grass area out front to play on , plus a firepit.

The motel is good if you will not be staying for long. If you are looking for an aesthetic motel, this is not it. But it serves its general purpose and the place is clean.

This is an older motel which has been renovated. The rooms and bathroom are clean and pleasant. Nothing fancy and that’s ok. There is some noise from a common bbq area in the evenings, but that subsides around 10:30. The only negative thing about the place is the limited parking. When it’s full, we had to park across the street in another hotel’s parking lot. I think the place was ok for one night. We stayed 4 nights and wouldn’t do that again.

Exceeded expectations! They even left a crib (playpen bed) for our newborn. There was AC, a little TV (which we didn’t even turn on given there’s so much to do outside here). There was a little firepit where people gathered in the evening - we didn’t partake, although it looked fun (newborn life). The only criticism is that there was barely any toilet paper left, and the body wash was suuuper low - we ran out during the stay. We will be back (and will bring our own soap next time lol). Thanks for a great stay! Would recommend to families and anyone staying in the area.
