The 51 m² holiday apartment Marianne is located close to the centre of Radolfzell, not far from the beautiful Lake Constance. On the first floor of a residential complex, the apartment is wheelchair accessible and consists of a spacious living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a granite worktop, one bedroom with a queen size bed (with separate mattresses) and a built-in wardrobe as well as one bathroom with a barrier-free shower and a washing machine. The property can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television. Unser Aufenthalt im Mai 2022

Es handelt sich um eine helle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und vollständig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die obendrein barrierefrei und rollstuhlgeeignet (jedenfalls für einen manuellen Rollstuhl) ist. Hervorzuheben ist auch die vollständig ausgestattete Einbauküche mit allen üblichen Küchengeräten (Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine – nur Küchenhandtücher haben wir nicht gefunden) und das vollständig ausgestattete Bad (mit Waschmaschine, Handtüchern, herausnehmbaren Duschsitz, Fön, Kosmetikspiegel). In einem Abstellraum befinden sich unter anderem auch ein Staubsauger und alles zur Reinigung der Wohnung Erforderliche. Ein kleiner Nachteil besteht darin, dass die Aussicht auf ein Fabrikgelände nicht sehr attraktiv ist und dass ich vor dem Haus nur ein Parkplatz befindet, der für ein Aussteigen mit Rollstuhl zu schmal ist. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befinden sich drei weitere Parkplätze, die – vor einem Schulgebäude liegend – häufig besetzt sind.
