stayed with them twice, however, this time it feels like the property needs some maintenance. Overall, very good stay, enjoyed the food at the rooftop. The new food menu is a good effort. i can stay again if i have too.

Gateway management was better!!

It was an okay stay. Somehow it used be much better in earlier management as Gateway hotel. Staff is less cordial, less smart and helpful. Food is good and so is ambiance.

An oasis!

The hotel is tucked away from the main road so it’s fairly quiet. The grounds are very well kept creating a little oasis. The rooms were clean and all the staff very friendly. The food here is amazing so much that a lot of local people also come here to dine. We had dinner at Sanchi, the food was beautiful and the staff attentive. The breakfast buffet was good and i recommend the omelettes. The pool looked welcoming although we didn’t have time for a dip. I highly recommend this hotel!
