Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. RATS ate through our luggage. Our room wasn’t cleaned from the previous stay. Bed had bugs in it and the staff didn’t do anything. The cleaners were actually nice to come help us. Told them I have a dust allergy and they ignored it. There was SO many mosquitos I got bit badly. Worst hotel ever, rather sleep on the streets. The service is ridiculous. Came from England and luckily moved to imperial palace, or my India trip would have been ruined. Luckily i didn’t get sick

Good view but poorly kept and untrained staff.

The location and view was great. However the staff in cafe, housekeeping,etc lacked understanding probably from poor training. The check in experience was horrible as we were assigned room which had not been cleaned yet and had no windows. Aanchal at front desk checked us in and was not apologetic and blank faced. Aakshi and Jiya at front desk finally corrected the situation. Will not stay here again.

Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language. The guys were on it and friendly so made up for it. Overall the food is really good but not a place I looked forward to going for breakfast.

A good, clean property with amazing views! Massive rooms. Comfortable beds. The service needs an improvement. Seems to be a problem common to all Lords Inn.
