It's a place to stay.
There seemed to be homeless people lurking about outside. One tried to come into my room twice. I've never seen that before and that shouldn't have to be a concern. If you stay here, be smart, keep your door locked at all times, and frankly you're probably smarter looking for somewhere else to stay. My room smelled of cigarettes.
