The rooms were clean ,the staff was amazing from the front desk checking in ,to the bar ,and breakfast all the staff was polite and helpful . The amenities were great nice size pool and outdoor sitting area. I stayed during the Christmas holiday so they even had an event for the guest to come down and enjoy complimentary drinks and food and mingle by the bar it was just a great trip for the holidays to see the families with matching Christmas pajamas and everyone happy and the place was decorated so beautiful with Christmas trees and lights it just made me and my kids happy it definitely was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, but the skinny, African American guy making the omelets has a proplem with speaking when he isn't spoken to. He needs to learn his manners. Thankfully the other gentleman was able to save my experience buy apologizing for the other's behavior and he also made me a good omelet. Everything else was a 10 out 10 experience. Management, please make sure your employees match everything else that is great about your hotel. Also, please make sure your ingredients are visible to the customers before we step up to order. My husband actual had a problem with the guy that saved my experience because he didn't see the list of toppings. This problem has also been highlighted in another review before mine. Ty

Wonderful stay! Front desk staff, (Francis I think), was so pleasant! Bar tender whose name I didn’t get but she was an Asian American lady, poured the best drinks and was super helpful getting the shuttle to take us to our party at Bar Louie. Room was clean and comfortable. My daughter and I felt safe. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
