The first room we walked into had a dirty toilet with creatures floating in it. The second room we were given had keys that didn’t work. We finally ended up in a third room. Carpeting everywhere is threadbare and in need of replacement.

Didn’t get room booked!
I booked 2 King rooms with pull out couch and the room given for one was only a King for 3 people. When asked at the counter for a roll a bed, they didn’t have any. It was never mentioned that the room didn’t have the couch either when checking in. She wasn’t very personable either.

Luke warm water for two mornings and cold water no hot water at all in third morning only response from hotel desk on the day there was cold water only was you could have called and we could have tried to fix it, hard to do when you are trying to take a shower. Needs new furniture in lobby area ripped, worn, and torn chairs. No rooms were ready when check in started lots of people waiting. But was a clean place, convenient to many restaurants and locations in Cary and quiet.
