The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was nice although the water pressure in the shower wasn't good. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good and the items served were kept full.

The room was clean, nice bed and good front desk. Check-in when prompted through app but then was directed to go to the front desk to show my ID. Dumb process. Had to stand in line anyway so I am not using the app again. Need to improve your checkin process Hilton people!
