Second time staying here. Only small complaint is the poor water pressure in the shower. Everything thing else has been great at our visits and we plan on returning in a few months

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle available to Hurricanes game for small fee. Bar service available downstairs in lobby. Free breakfast was pretty good.

I had read on the hotels Placery site that food was available 24/7 so we figured we would just grab a salad when we returned from the game but when we got back and asked if we could get a salad they said the kitchen was all cleaned up and closed. It was not a big deal as we grab a Coors light and a couple pastries and called it a night. Front staff were great and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. There were large L-shaped couches, a comfortable footrest, end tables, lots of charging areas, ports, and outlets. There were large flat screen LG tvs, and a divider between the bedroom and sitting room for privacy. A highlight was the large wall to wall windows in the sleeping room, and the views of the pine trees were lovely. Everything was clean, the employees were helpful and informative, their daily was breakfast copious, yummy, and had a little variety day to day. The only downside was the doors to the rooms looked heavy- but the walls were paper thin. Any and every conversation in the hallway could be overheard and might be a problem for light sleepers. Otherwise I loved it, would highly recommend and, definitely would be back again.
