The room was excellent as usual. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue is that they required a $100 deposit on a room I had paid for already. I would be getting an amount back (everything except $20) but I am a mother of a college student and I stay when I drop her off to alleviate the 4 hour drive back at night. Sometimes I do not have the money to pay for a deposit—especially after paying for a room. Other than that policy, I really enjoy the stay and the staff.

The room was fine. In any other hotel I’d rate the room as a 8. The hotel itself was depressing. The pool and hot tub was pretty gross and not well maintained. Everything in the hotel lobby and dining area was as dated and not very welcoming. I can’t be certain but I think people are living in one of the wings and it sort of looked like a nursing home. Overall I will not be back. Not a fan
