Room was not the cleanest. I saw a roach within 5 mins of being in the room. The room also smelled of cigarettes. Black out curtains don’t actually block out light.

Consider cleaning the walls and door of bathroom as there’s residue of an unknown substance in there. Clean or replace the tub so that no paint is in it. Change the curtains so that visitors don’t have a ripped up one to come in to. Check and fix each outlet that doesn’t work for plugs or USB cords. Otherwise, fair experience with staff from check-in to check out.
