Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home base. This space is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex that was just renovated in May 2022. Both sides of the duplex are rented on VRBO, and you will have your own private kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.

Very close to Forest Hills park/playground, the Original Q Shack BBQ, Guglhupf Bakery, Refectory Cafe, etc.

Everything is brand new. Please note, this unit does have some road noise from cars passing by University Drive in front of the home. We have provided a white-noise machine to make sleeping more enjoyable.

Please enter and exit the driveway with caution and signal early (especially when arriving for the first time).

You will enter through the front shared door (provides access to unit A and B). You will then use the door to the left to access your private unit.

Basic

This is a very clean, rather stark property with the basics. Not cozy or homelike, but it serves it's purpose. The owners were very responsive & nice when we needed more dishes or other kitchen basics. Street noise is an issue, busy main street near stop light, fire, police & ambulance sirens day & nite. Use the sound machine they provide, bring earplugs. Good for a college student.student

Charmer in Durham

We were so comfortable here! The space is charming and very functional. I love the simplicity of the white with black. It is very clean. The owners were so accommodating and replied immediately when we had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend booking with them.

Great place

This was the perfect place for our long weekend visit to Durham! Everything is well maintained and comfortable. Great communication with the owners. It had everything we needed and we will definitely stay again when we are in town again.
