The room smelled of cigarette. The receptionist was not friendly. The room was very humid and the mattress was not confortable at all.

Bizarre charging of credit card during the stay. Chose to pay at the property for this 3-Night reservation. Initial authorization for full amount and incidentals was held upon check in. Hotel attempted another authorization for nearly the full amount the second night which the bank flagged as suspicious and declined. Approved the charge with the bank. Hotel authorized another full amount charge on the 3rd night. Have NEVER had this experience before at any hotel over many years of traveling and using that same card. Luckily these holds did not impact our travel but I can certainly see how that could be problematic for others and that’s why I’m sharing this information. It is not expected to have 3 times the total of your stay on hold until several days after check out. Make sure you are prepared.

Couldn’t have been happier. I don’t require the most fancy things available but that said it exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and very clean. Staff was amazing. And the location has everything you could ever want within walking distance.
