Clean room. Very spacious. Updated and modern. Check in was efficient and quick. Check out was good too. Enjoyed our short home away from home stay. Appreciated the microwave, mini fridge and big tv. Loved the cleanliness and quiet space.

We have stayed at the Marriott Durham City View before and we have really enjoyed our visit. We drive down from VA and love staying here when we go to the DPAC performances. This time we were asked if we arrived by car and would our car need to park in the hotels parking lot. When we said yes, we were charged and additional fee for parking. This is new from the last time we stayed here. I have never had a hotel charge me to park my car in their parking lot. We are considering finding another hotel next time,
