This property was wonderful, I had 5 rooms for two days as my family was in town for a wedding. Brianna at the front desk was amazing, courteous, accommodating and friendly with us throughout our stay. There were two other ladies there, as well, who were also very helpful and courteous; I didn’t get their names. The hotel is pretty new, all rooms were clean and comfortable. There is laundry in the premises and a gym. Cameras throughout made us feel safe. I’d definitely stay again while in the area and recommend 100%.

Brand new property with a lot of growing pains. When we arrived, there were only about six cars in the parking lot. The property smells like new construction, freshly cut wood and fresh paint. The check-in process was a nightmare. Despite having a reservation for a room with two queen beds, we were given a room with one queen bed. We returned to the front desk to have the error corrected and we were told that there were no more rooms available (again, six cars in the lot), and that there was no housekeeping staff on duty. One might wonder what they were doing when they were on duty. We let them know that the room was not acceptable, which then made the desk clerk run around the hotel checking rooms to see if there were any available. Upon return, he again said there were no rooms available. When told it was not acceptable, he then called his manager and after a conversation, the clerk again went to check other rooms. We were eventually given an accessible room and were told that the room was missing some furniture. The microwave was not plugged in, the range hood had no power. I’m sure the property will be very nice when it is completed. They never should have opened for business until the rooms were fully furnished. Beds were comfortable, the AC worked, the shower worked, and the toilet flushed. Those were the most important things. We will try them again after giving them some time to settle in.
