Management needs help

The house was overall nice, however this house is not inspected by owner prior to renting. I understand the owner may not always be available but then you need staff who is thorough and knows when things are broken, damaged or just disgusting. The owner did respond to messages and offered to fix things but the issues that arise could have been avoided from the beginning. I have no desire to put myself on hold in the house waiting on people to come fix things when I only have a week to spend with family. It was not my wurst stay but definitely not one of my best. Could be a great house iic better managed.
