We stay at Washington Duke typically at least twice a year. However, this stay was not up to their typical standards. Very low water preassure in the showers and the water was barely warm. The front desk sent someone up to check it, but his efforts did not improve the situation. The room we stayed in was clean but the furnishing were in poor condition. The food was fabulous though!

The property is clean, but the rooms feel dated. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, but also not rude. The housekeeping staff seems to make little to no effort to keep noise down, with doors slamming, etc. It was rather unnerving.
