It could have use more cleaning, specially the bathroom. The rooms were very cold even though we increased the temperature. Customer service was good. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay.

The room was excellent. The area was good. Service was okay except the person that checked me in. I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby before she showed up and that's only because I called the number on the desk. She sounded like she was in the bed she came down with a bad attitude. Slammed herself in the chair just being real rude. One lady actually walked out before me. The other staff was great but she needs to be retrained.

Nice room, lots of great lighting, comfy seating. But there was NO EXTRA TOILET PAPER in the room. We ran out and had to resort to tissues. We didn't call downstairs because it was the middle of the night (we'd crossed multiple time zones in the last two days) and we were both in our jammies. Didn't want to answer the door.
