-5 bedrooms , one king bed and 4 queen beds

-cottage also has a back up electric generator in a case of power outage

-you can enjoy the hot tub and sauna and relax with friends and family

-Fishing and boating are the most attraction of the summer.this cottage has the most beautiful sunrise you could see in lake simcoe . We provide 3 kayak and 3 paddle and one board to enjoy the peaceful lake.

-you have lots of to do in winter such as sledding, ice fishing, skating and play hockey on the frozen lake. Guests also can relax in the private hot tub and sauna.

- No fireworks, Roman candles, or explosives permitted on the premises

-Fee for early check in and late check out

-Please do not leave your children alone in the water or on sand where is close to the water

-kids needs to be supervised at all the time

- Respect to neighbours

-please notify if anyone adds to your group

-we recommend to not drink water from the tap,

- max capacity is 10 people during the day and 8 people over night as per local by law regulation

you need to tight up the kayaks and pull them out of the water to prevent losing them , you will be responsible for the cost of them in a case you lose them

- only one garbage bag per 2 nigths reservation, there`s a charge of $20 for extra bags
