There are stunning sea views from many of the rooms and parking is easily found on the road outside the property. This cottage makes the perfect coastal retreat for families, couples or friends to get a break by the seaside!

The view over the sea and skies is ever changing but always beautiful, no matter the time of day or the weather. There’s nothing better than waking up and looking straight out over the coastline, with the sea breeze and the sounds of the waves. The cottage manages to be airy and fresh on sunny days, yet cosy and warm in the winter. We love to sit with coffee and pastries in the front garden, or have a leisurely lunch in the sunny back garden. The beach really is just moments away, over the street and down the steps. It’s an easy walk along the promenade down to the harbour. Perfect for children, pets, or adults only breaks, it’s our favourite place to be.

We’re a small, independent holiday let company based in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, offering a friendly, personal service across a range of properties from 1–5 bedrooms.

Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.

For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.



Guest Access:

Check-in details:

Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.

Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area within a short walk away of shops and restaurants.



Getting Around:

The property is about a 5 min walk away from the nearest bus stop



Other Things to Note:

Please treat your property with the same respect you would your own home. If you have any queries or something isn’t quite right, please contact us.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available throughout your stay to answer any queries, please message us on Airbnb. Once you are checked in you will be provided with our out of hours phone line in case you need anything.



Checkout:

Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible. We advise to contact us once you have checked in about the availability of a late checkout.
