Beautiful flat....lousy experience

I don’t do reviews but had to review this. The apartment is so lovely and wonderful but it’s difficult to relax with the people above stomping on their floor. The person owns the flat cannot be bothered to meet anyone at the property and so you have to drive an additional 5 minutes to collect the keys at a hotel and return. If you do not drive you are scuppered as it is uphill. The cooker doesn’t work and the person whom we had contact with said to set the clock and it will work. Several YouTube videos later....it still doesn’t work. So, for someone with very significant food allergies (which is why we didn’t go to a hotel) I was extremely hungry and even had to leave to return home so I could prepare a meal to eat. The location is lovely, the apartment is beautiful but the service and facilities - DIABOLICAL 😡
