Whether your interests lie in skiing, hunting, world-class fly fishing, or taking out the provided canoe, this is a wonderful home base for your outdoor excursions.

This hillside home sits one mile from the cute village of Rangeley and the town boat launch, with west-facing views of the lake, the surrounding mountains, and spectacular nightly sunsets. It's also mere minutes from the Evergreen Golf Club (two miles), Saddleback Ski Area & Bike Park (seven miles), Rangeley Lake State Park and Beach (eight miles), the Outdoor Heritage Museum (eight miles), and annual events such as Snowdeo and the Rangeley Lupine Festival. Maine's popular snowmobile trails system (ITS) is nearby, providing convenient access to thousands of miles of fun waiting to be explored. Sugarloaf is 29 miles away for more skiing adventures.

No matter how you spend your days, this comfortable, three-story home is a space you'll be excited to return to. Curl up with a good book in the lofty great room, play board games in the warmth of the woodstove, or head downstairs to stream movies, screen DVDs, or play air hockey in the game room. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
