Apartment in old Alsatian farmhouse

Two bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of an old Alsatian farmhouse from 1607. Elected favorite house of the French in 2013. The apartment has been restored in an ecological way respecting the tradition. We used only natural materials, lime, linseed oil, mud, wood wool.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the house. With independent entrance by the garden. Bakery at 600m
The apartment is composed of:
* TNT flat screen, fully equipped kitchen the dining area is in the living room.
*two rooms
* a bathroom with tub / shower old cast iron. Neat retro decor, shower in the bath.
* Separate WC / child bath on request.
* Linen, hair dryer provided.
* Beautiful terrace, quiet, shaded under a flower arbor, in the middle of animals and greenery.
* The garden and its square 'Elisabeth' offers self-service herbs: parsley, sage, mint, hyssop chives .......
* Barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture are at your disposal (in common with the owners).
* Parking outside the yard facing the house, access to the interior for unloading or loading the car.

We also have another 1 bedroom apartment for rent on the property.

For your animals, ducks are free in the yard, thank you for consulting us.

We offer optional massage service at home or in the garden (Chinese massage and reflexology) by a professional masseuse (by appointment)

The village is located close to the wine route, at the foot of a hill and the Vosges.
Great hikes on the trails marked by Club Vosgiens are available to you a few kilometers.
The half-timbered villages, Saverne, the abbey of Marmoutier the waterfall of the nideck, Obernai or the inclined plane so many ideas of visits.

Strasbourg's regional capital and its beautiful city center is 20 km away and can be reached by bus from the gîte.
The Vosges du Nord Nature Park is 15 km away.

It's like staying in an amazing museum.

We had the most wonderful time staying at this property. It has all the modern things we enjoy in life but the owners have preserved the character of the property. The buildings surround a courtyard that takes you back 500 years, with gardens and water pumps. We wish we could have spent more time here and learnt more about the history of the place.

Urig und gemütlich

Ein uraltes Bauernhaus mit einem ganz besonderen Charme. Man fühlt sich in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass es nie richtig warm wurde im Wohnraum, in den Schlafräumen war es richtig kalt. Aber ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Frederic ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Wohnen in Geschichte

Für uns war es ein Aufenthalt besonderer Art -man fühlt sich in die Vergangenheit zurückversetzt. Dabei steckt viel Liebe im Detail. Die Ferienwohnung ist urgemütlich, sauber und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude mit den Tieren im Hof. Es war ein schönes langes Wochenende.

Wunderschöner Garten und altes, charmantes Haus

Sehr altes Bauernhaus, das mit viel Liebe hergerichtet wurde. Der Garten ist ein Traum und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Natürlich sind auch die klugen Esel zu erwähnen, die ein eigenes weitläufiges Gehe haben.

Was zum Seele baumeln lassen

Wir haben die knapp 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist urig, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Durch die vielen Tiere waren die Kids immer beschäftigt. Wir konnten uns täglich Obst u. Gemüse pflücken. Alles in allem: mehr als empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank, Fred und Fredo, für alles!

Très bien. Dommage que je n ai pas eu le gîte payé à la base, j aurai du avoir celui du haut ( pour trois-quatre personnes) et j ai eu celui du bas( pour deux personnes) ont était trois, vraiment dommage.
