Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Für sechs Personen hatte das Haus genau die richtige Größe. Es war sehr sauber und entsprach genau den Beschreibungen und unseren Vorstellungen. Die Kommunkation mit den Vermietern lief super und problemlos. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Nicht rollstuhlgerecht, nicht sauber
Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief prima. Insgesamt nette Gastgeber. Die Lage ist sehr schön, sehr ruhig, jedoch ist die kürzeste Strecke zu den Kaiserbädern 30 Minuten. Das Wichtigste stimmte nicht: Die Wohnung ist NICHT rollstuhlgerecht! Mit Rollstuhl kommt man nur ganz bedingt und mit viel Flexibilität klar. Am Eingangtor an der Straße/ Sandweg gibt es eine ungünstig kleine Stufe. Die meisten Probleme gibt es aber im Bad: Durchgangsbreite der Tür 61 cm, wenig Platz zum Wenden, Dusche nicht ebenerdig, sondern niedrige Duschwanne 80 x 80 mit Schwelle, Glastür der Dusche geht zur Badezimmertür hin auf mit weit innenliegendem Drehpunkt, sodass der Duscheneingang kleiner 60 cm ist. Ich wies darauf hin dies für die Fewo zu vermerken. Bisher ist der Eintrag noch nicht zu finden. Bei Ankunft haben wir leider auch keine saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden: Sand überall auf dem Fußboden, vor allem im Eingangsbereich, auf allen Möbeln eine ordentliche Staubschicht, im Bad Haare, Zahnpastaspritzer, Kontaktlinsen vom Vorgänger, in der Küche Krümel, schmierige Küchenfronten, Tomatensoße auf Löffeln in der Besteckschublade, in der Kanne Kafee vom Vorgänger... Bei einem Preis von 150 Euro für die Endreinigung erwarte ich eine Wohlfühlsauberkeit. Leider gab es kein Nachbessern o. Entgegenkommen, seitens der Gastgeber, außer dem Angebot 15 Euro nachzulassen. Die Gastgeber wohnen leider auch nicht in der Nähe und baten nur um Verständnis, dass es schwierig sei Reinigungsfirmen zu finden.

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus am Peenestrom. Besonders gefallen haben uns die sehr durchdachte Raumaufteilung mit einem eigenen, abtrennbaren Bereich oben und die ruhige, naturnahe Lage des Hauses (mit dem kleinen Nachteil, dass man ohne Auto quasi keine Möglichkeit zur Nahversorgung hat). Die Kaiserbäder und sonstige Ausflugsziele auf Usedom sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, aber trotzdem ist man in Quilitz fernab des Trubels. Organisation und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern waren unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sehr naturnah. Genau das richtige zum Entspannen, wenn man dem Alltagsstress entfliehen möchte. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Danke für den tollen Urlaub
