First room 204, second room 304 weren’t clean. The third room 440 which I ended up staying in had a broken thermostat stuck on air at 66 degrees. Very uncomfortably cold!

Checked in. Went to set up the sofa bed and found tiny bugs on the sheets. Checked beds to find stained mattresses. Rang reception who did not seem surprised. Offered a full refund and another room, which we refused as a king bed and there were three of us. Promised a call from the manager and a full refund and five days later have received neither.
