Rude staff on check in, Was told we could have a late check out as my son had to work remotely till noon, but they changed their minds with out telling us and when i went to the front desk they just said no we can't do that. They offered "breakfast" which was doller store dognuts and froze eggs. I understand you get what you pay for but it was bad. Spend the extra $40 and stay at thr holiday inn across the parking lot

This was the most horrific hotel I have ever experienced I rented 2 rooms and I got up to my room and the door had duct tape on it so someone could easily push my door open if wanted without key there were no fire alarms in rooms the floors weren’t swept and the bedding looked mast and dirty and when I pulled back the covers there were tons of pee stains these rooms looked like something out of a horror movie

The property appears neglected. The room seemed ok, but the shower rod was nearly falling off the wall. The handle for the shower fell off. The bathroom door was broken and the bathroom ceiling looked like they tried to repair some water damage from the room above.

Very poor hotel, the rooms were incredibly dirty. There was even old food inour refrigerator and the lady at the front desk was rude and barely spoke English. I highly recommend you sleep on the side walk before you decide to stay here. Also the pool wasn't even open during the hours anyone would be staying and it looked like a health risk

My family was needing a place to stay for the night while traveling long distance. Was frustrated to pay the advertised price but pictures showed what looked like a nice pool with a slide. Staff was friendly on check in however this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Pool is actually very small and poorly maintained. Rooms were a health hazard with mold along the bathroom ceiling. All furniture was falling apart and filthy. Doors were warped and peeling. Bathtub had spiders in it. Shower handle was broke and dripping water. Curtains were stained and ripped. Paper and hotel brochures were stained and gross. Floors were clearly not clean with crumbs and black when wiped with a clean napkin. We couldn't wait to check out. Lobby was insanely hot, everyone was sweating. I really can't believe this place is able to continue to operate in the state it is in.

Shower rod nearly falling off. When we asked an employee to call the next-door neighbor to turn down the blaring TV so my wife and grandchildren could sleep at 11PM, they told us to knock on the neighbor's door ourselves. Not fun to do but I did it to get some sleep. The walls and connecting doors are not soundproof.

The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in. The pool was dirt brown. The beds were uncomfortable and I found hairs in them. Bathroom was so gross I wouldn’t even use it. There was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. 0/10 DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Check in was easy but I was charged a $5 fee that hotels.com didn’t charge. The room was big but dirty. Under the cushions of little sofa was disgusting. There were more crumbs and food chunks and trash than you would ever want to see in a hotel room. None of the ice machines worked in the whole building and when we asked about them looking them the manager on duty told us he was busy. The next morning they still were not working. The free breakfast was HORRIBLE even a joke. They had frozen egg and cheese omelets, waffles and cereal. The slide at the pool however was fun and the kids really enjoyed it. But I would NOT recommend this hotel to people. :(

We ended up leaving due to the filtiness of the room. One room has fesis/vomit on the floor. I aske staff to cleannit and after an hour of waiting nothing was done so we left. Both rooms were discusting and pool was a health jazard. 100 percent would not recommend

Welp. It was a roof over our head.

I will start with the positive, the people meant well and were nice. Allegedly new management. The rest is not so great. The property is in desperate need of a qualified handiman. Broken windows, shower curtain rods falling off, the slide up top is rusty and pulling from the wall a bit. The 3rs floor appears to be where the family who is managing/owns lives. They cook up there and the whole floor then smells of their meals. The microwave is so old it doesn't have clear buttons, the dresser drawers wont stay closed. They gave 3 towels for 4 people. The shampoo/conditioner is tiny so bring your own. Breakfast is SLIM pickings compared to every place I've been to and there is always someone watching you, which feels weird. Upon check out, no one was there so I had to just leave my key and hope for the best. These people mean well, but the whole experience frustrated me. I wish I had just paid a little more and stayed across the parking lot. This place needs significant work. I wish I had taken more photos.
