Our room was surrounded by guests with dogs. We couldn’t even relax in our room due to several dogs barking non stop. We told the front desk and nothing changed. The pool was extremely busy to the point it wasn’t even fun being there. The shower is so slippery and all the water was coming out of the shower. Our keys were turned off at 900 am even if the checkout was at 1100am.

Can hear people walking around in room above extremely thin floor/celing. Breakfast was one of the worse I've had in hotels don't waste your time going. Kitchen staff looked like they were being forced to be there extremely slow and rude. Had a handicap room and more water went out on bathroom floor then down the drain from shower. Wataki water park extremely overcrowded had to wait 20 minutes to get a tube and go down slide. And good luck finding a place to sit. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
