Rockerville Lodge & Cabins is very pleasant and relaxed. The staff are all great. The facilities are simple and cozy. The breakfast was very good with various cereals, fruit, and drinks. I strongly recommend a stay with them.

The front office/recreation area was clean and had a decent amount of seating. The breakfast is simple such as cereal, oatmeal, English muffins. The front desk staff were nice. The property doesn’t explain that the part of the lodge is across the highway and not within walking distance of the office and breakfast. It is two levels and no elevator. The staff will come to your room and straighten up but they just deliver towels and cups/coffee during your stay. It’s not full room service. It was decent enough but I would have rather stayed on property in one of the one level rooms so my mother with bad knees and my father with a bad back wouldn’t have had to climb the stairs to get to our room.

Not all at one location.

I just feel it needs to be stressed that the business is at 2 locations, and it is not necessarily an easy walk or drive for that matter to get from 1 to the other. There is also no elevator to reach the 2nd floor at the "Hotel". Otherwise a great stay in a very clean, slightly dated room. I would stay again (But ask to be on the 1st floor).

Getting to our lodging involved crossing highway 16 where cars came up fast. Although warned, it was disconcerting when a vehicles came up on us.
