We booked a courtyard pool room as this is what we had on our last stay 10 years ago. Absolutely nothing has changed in that time and the property is looking very tired and in desperate need of an upgrade considering the price being charged per night.

The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bar had many choices. We didn't do any laundry. The room was clean and spacious with all the requirements we needed. WiFi comes and goes but that didn't concern us.

The staff in all areas of the hotel were amazing. Front desk even helped us organise our daily activities on the island and shared slot of helpful local info about places to visit and places to eat. Loved the quiet nature of the Crown. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very calming and respectful. Checking in early was not a problem.
