WOW! This must be the worse ever feedback we have ever had! We have chosen not to defend your awful accusations that are incorrect in every-way, but instead, we are sorry that you have clearly confused our 3.5 star accommodation for a five star accommodation. In future, it is highly advisable to read before you book.
