Vi valde mellan att Ă„ka mot Östersund eller vika ner mot HĂ€rjedalen och fann detta boende. SĂ„g ut som nĂ„got speciellt och udda. Och det var det. En fin familj som satsar allt pĂ„ att ge dig en hĂ€rlig upplevelse. Den svenska naturen gör sig pĂ„mind i varje skrymsle och vrĂ„. Frukosten kanon och middagen Ă€r ett hĂ€rligt tillfĂ€lle att stifta bekantskap med andra gĂ€ster samt Ă€garfamiljen. Vi var dĂ€r pĂ„ lĂ„gsĂ€song men det fanns rĂ€tter för de flesta smaker. Det Ă€r ingen kulinarisk succĂ© men sammantaget blir mĂ„ltiden en hĂ€rlig upplevelse och vi blev mĂ€tta. Toaletterna och duschar Ă€r utanför rummen vilket Ă€r ok för oss. SĂ€ngarna har en del att önska men det Ă€r renligt. Hotellet Ă€r en ombyggd skola och du fĂ„r resa tillbaka till slutet av sjuttiotalet. HĂ€rliga minnen av design för oss som gick i skolan dĂ„.

Billigt boende - dyr mat

Trevlig Ă€garfamilj men de gjorde allt. De hade receptionen, maten och fixade rummen, service mm. Maten Pris som fine dining med sĂ€mre mat Ă€n findus frysmat. Inga kryddor, ingen sĂ„s, ingen dressing och ingen smak. Vi testade allt pĂ„ menyn men det var samma. Sallad, lax, snitzel, fish and chips, pommes, klyftpotatis.Torrt, smaklöst och dyrt. Rummet Ingen ventilation och bolmande vĂ€rme pĂ„ elementet 28-30 grader. Vilket ledde till syrebrist. Vi sa till, dĂ„nkom kocken upp med skiftnyckel och skruvade, dĂ„ vĂ€rmereglaget var trasigt. Vi var tvungen att ha fönstret öppet mitt i vintern för att fĂ„ luft pĂ„ natten, dock stod det. Öppna ej fönstret. Service rum Trasigt biljardbord och det saknades bollar. Pingisbord var ett plus och leksaker för de mindre barnen. Dusch och toalett gemensamt som gymnastiksal med en handfatshandduk som alla ska dela pĂ„ istĂ€llet för papper. 4 gemensamma stora lĂ„ngbord i matsalen istĂ€llet för mindre bord. Opersonligt. Pris för rummet - helt ok. Varken billigt eller dyrt. Finns stor potential för stĂ€llet, men krĂ€vs oerhört mycket för att leva upp till beskrivningen av stĂ€llet.

Rolig, litt uvanlig overnattingssted med mye sjel.

Flott sted som vi gjerne kommer tilbake til. Tidligere internatskole som var gjort om til et enkelt, veldrevet opplevelsessenter med overnatting i litt enkle rom. Perfekt renhold, gode senger og en veldig smakfull frokost. Vi var ikke klar over det, men det var mulig Ă„ kjĂžpe lunsj og middag. Dette fikk vi ikke benyttet oss av dessverre.
