Terrible - do not go here. Untrustworthy owner

Do not trust this property owner. Having paid for the week the owner then let it out to someone else. I only knew about it when I called on the day to inform her what time I would be arriving. Thank goodness I paid through homeaway as they sorted out temporary hotel accommodation. However the angst it caused totally ruined the week - our annual summer family holiday. I shall be following this review up with a complaint letter to homeaway for their records as it was not the company's fault.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, eine schöne und sehr geräumige Wohnung, bestens für 4 Personen geeignet. Es war alles wie beschrieben, vollständig eingerichtet und alles sauber. Ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gesamteindruck in Ordnung, es war ruhig und wir konnten in Ruhe Silvester feiern. Leider habe es keine 3 Schlafzimmer, sondern nur ein verblichenes Schlafsofa im Durchgsngsbereich. Küche gut ausgestattet.

Sehr schöneund gut gelegene Unterkunft

Es handelt sich um eine schöne Urlaubsregion in der man viel Unternehmen kann. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen (in alle Richtungen kann man schnell zu seinem Ziel gelangen). Des weiteren bietet sie viel Platz und es fehlte nichts. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Verlängertes Familienwochenende in zentraler Lage

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in einer hellen großzügigen und gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung wenige Autominuten von der Ostsee verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lediglich das fehlende dritte Schlafzimmer und keine richtige Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit für die Nacht haben wir vermisst.

Perfekte Ausstattung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viel Platz, um sich bei Bedarf zurück zu ziehen. Einziger Nachteil: man fühlt sich permanent beobachtet.

Ratekau - eine ungewöhnliche Wohnung

Super Wohnung, prima ausgestattet und ideal für 4 Personen. Bei schönem Wetter braucht man den 2. Balkon nicht und der Hauptbalkon ist wie eine Terrasse. Die Nachbarwohnung war nicht belegt, das war wahrscheinlich von Vorteil. Auch kann es passieren, dass am städtischen Betriebshof in der Nachbarschaft vor 7 Uhr mit Metallarbeiten begonnen wird.

Entspannte Tage

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. In der geräumigen Wohnung haben alle genug Platz zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist wunderschön ruhig und grün und sehr zentral in der Ferienregion. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und und super ausgestattet. Wir haben da mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern ohne Probleme schöne Ferien verbringen können. Man hört die Nachbarn , das Rauschen der Autobahn und gelegentlich einen Zug , aberdas hat uns nicht gestört.

Schön aber man hört jedes Wort vom Nachbarn.

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Man hört die nahe Autobahn. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung

Die Fewo hat einen speziellen aber sehr schönen Grundriss. Alte Balken sind großzügig eingeordnet in die Deckengestaltung. An viele kleine Details wurde gedacht. Von den 3 TV geräten haben wir allerdings keines genutzt... wollten ja die Abende in Gemeinschaft verbringen. 2 Autos konnten direkt auf dem Hof parken.

Ratenkau grüner Weg

Zwei Schlafzimmer, jedoch nur in einem Bettlaken und Bezüge WC Becken sehr viel unansehnliche Ablagerungen und Spülung tropfte ständig. Staubsaugerbeutel randvoll. Kochgerüche aus der zweiten kleinen Wohnung und nicht gut schallgedämmt. Ansonsten alles gut.
