Perfekt ins Schwarze getroffen

Diese FeWo lag für die Touren, die wir geplant haben sehr zentral. Den Bahnhof Bad Schandau hätten wir auch zu Fuß erreichen können (30 min). Von da aus war alles problemlos mit ÖPNV erreichbar - dank Gästekarte kostenlos 🤗 Die Wohnung selbst ist angenehm hell und der direkte Blick auf die Schrammsteine unbezahlbar. Beim nächsten Mal deshalb gerne wieder.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer perfekten Lage,um zu Wanderungen aufzubrechen und/oder die beeindruckende Landschaft mit ihren schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Köhler verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert,die Wohnung selber ist mit allem ausgestattet,was notwendig ist und war absolut sauber und hygienisch.

Herbst Reise in die Sächsische Schweiz

Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen. Liegt an einer ruhigen Straße und der Blick auf die Schrammsteine ist super. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was man für die Übernachtung braucht.

komfortable und praktische FeWo

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf die Schrammsteine. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und sehr gut zum Entspannen geeignet. Die FeWo war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Dinge waren vorhanden. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wenn möglich, würden wir wiederkommen.

praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war hübsch, praktisch und modern eingerichtet, sauber, der Vermieter freundlich und bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto sind es nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum von Bad Schandau. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, einige Kleinigkeiten an Grundausstattung in der Küche vorzufinden, wie Filtertüten für die Kaffeemaschine oder z.B. etwas Öl für die Pfanne. Ansonsten waren alle Küchenutensilien in einwandfreiem Zustand. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Alles was man braucht

Netter Empfang durch den Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist schön und recht modern eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, zumindest hat mir nichts gefehlt. Sogar ein Föhn war da. Die Dusche hängt, wie ich vermute, an einem Boiler, langes ausgiebiges Duschen ist somit nur bedingt möglich. Evtl. relevant auch wenn man zu zweit ist und hintereinander duschen möchte. Das ist allerdings nicht wirklich tragisch, es ist nicht so dass die Dusche nach 5 Minuten kalt ist ;-) Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt eig. zu allen interessanten Punkten in der sächsischen Schweiz recht schnell hin, liegt relativ mittig. Auch hat man bei gutem Wetter einen schönen Blick aus der Wohnung. Der Hund des Besitzers ist super lieb. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist top. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung in Bad Schandau gut gefallen und wir konnten die Zeit in Rathmannsdorf sehr genießen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns direkt in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Haus der Besitzer mit eigenem Eingang. Einfache, zweckmäßige Einrichtung, sauber und gepflegt. Mit dem Auto 5 Min. zum Ortskern Bad Schandau. Auf der Hochebene gelegen mit unverbauter Fernsicht. Sympathische, unkomplizierte Gastgeber - auch der Hund :) Hinweis: Sollten einmal wegen Feiertagen o.ä. keine Restaurants mit Gastbetrieb zu finden sein - die Pizzeria (Empfehlung) in der Therme hat i.d.R. geöffnet.
