I like the minimalist contemporary design and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, the competency level of the staff have to be improved. The receptionists couldn't understood English Language.

Very clean and convenient. Staff is very accommodating. Be aware that this property is located at a rest stop and check in a is done at the service station. You could walk to the neighboring town, Hosel, but we chose to drive to Ratingen for dinner. Despite the location, the hotel was quiet, secure and spotless!

Stayed here whilst Spiel Essen was on, literally the perfect location, with a bus stop just down the road you could easily get to Essen or Düsseldorf! Family room was fantastic to stay, only downside is there was no coffee making facilities in the room, however walking to the petrol station or restaurant with 25% off everything made it less inconvenient ☺️

Das Raum war wirklich sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Ort war sehr ruhig gelegen gewesen und total angenehm! Zwar ein bisschen abgelegt aber mit Auto total in Ordnung! Das einzige was mich sehr gestört hat war der Gestank! Es hat wirklich sehr nach Essen und verbranntes Öl gestunken! Total unangenehm!
