Nice and comfortable hotel

I stay in hop inn hotel because it's near the mission hospital Phuket. But it was nice. Very clean hotel, with a very spacious parking area to park your car. I will be back.

2 night - cheap but not so clean

Actually use to stay with Hop inn korat & roied - clean but may be lack of maid in phuket so that not so clean as expected. Staff is friendly with service mind. Parking lot is very comfortable and not so far from city. In summary good price & good service But need to focus on cleaning.

ทุกอย่างดีหมด ห้องสะอาด แม่บ้านน่ารัก พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ๋มใสทุกคน **ยกเว้น พนักงานผู้ชายกะดึก เราขอคีย์การ์ดสำรอง แต่พนักงานพูดกับเราใช้น้ำเสียง ไม่ดีเลย ไม่รู้ว่าเราไปรบกวนเวลาอะไรของเค้า?? หรือเราคุยกันเสียงดังรบกวนเค้าหรือป่าว ?? เหมือนเราทำให้เค้าลำบาก ที่ต้องไปเปิดประตูห้องให้เรา แต่บอกไว้เลยนะ ถ้าไม่จำเป็นเราจะไม่รบกวนแน่นอน

Chegamos quase de madrugada e saímos de manhã para ir pra PhiPhi. O hotel era limpo e bem equipado. Nada a reclamar. Pra quem quer curtir phuket me pareceu nao ser mto perto da praia.

很糟的飯店，一樓大廳的廁所又髒又臭，等候區的地板到處是漬子，沿牆的桌板上是粘的。飯店堅持2點才給房入住，哪怕已有打掃好的空房，但時間到飯店也不會招呼已經先到達的客人辦理入住手續，就是你不問他就不聞，不到兩點之前的時間，也不會預做準備，要等到兩點客人站在面前了，才開始找入住名單做房鑰。房內沒有電話可以聯絡櫃檯，除了一張免責聲明有英泰兩個版本外，連浴室的洗髮精、沐浴乳的標示都只有泰文，房門非常薄，加上走道、房間都空蕩，回音很重。唯一可取的是停車塲大，方便開車來的人停車，但周圍實在沒什麼，如果你沒有交通工具，或沒有本地朋友開車接送，一點都不建議住這，連吃個飯都是麻煩。要不是本地朋友推薦這家旅館便宜，真的不會想訂，住過以後，說實話，以後也不想再訂了。地理位置不適合背包客（普吉的大眾運輸不便宜），飯店環境不適合不識泰文的人（我會講泰文都還是覺得很幸苦），飯店服務不適合有任何要求的人。如果只是為了省錢ㄧ事，那再考慮這家飯店吧。
