-Ideally located between Cantal and Aveyron, in the heart of the volcanoes of Auvergne, 3km from Raulhac (small town of character) 30 km from Super-Lioran (largest ski area Massif-Central), 9 km Pailherols (small family resort with cross-country skiing, snowshoes), 22km Aurillac, the mazut Lagarde welcome you in a frame combining modern comfort and charm of the old with recent appliances: internet access, LCD TV, DVD player, washer dryer, bedding large quality, insulation and also visible stones and beams, antique furniture, insert (60 € the stere) according to consumption

Approved cottage 3 ears of France, with an area of 150m ², you will find large living spaces and lots of clarity with a magnificent view of the Goul Valley.
For your comfort and tranquility the cottage is heated on arrival, you can take the option beds made on arrival and towels. Electric heating (according to consumption with package of 56kw)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passer une agréable séjour, le gîte est très confortable et très bien équipé. Très belle vue qui est un plus non négligeable. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ. Nous y reviendrons sûrement!

La propriété offre une jolie vue sur le village de Raulhac. Elle est très propre, très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Idéalement située, elle nous a permis de faire de très belles balades au plomb du Cantal, à Raulhac même ou dans les environs (Vic sur Cère) et dans l'Aveyron (les chemins de l'imaginaire - Taussac, Murols Brommat Mur de Barrez... ); ces balades sont toutes situées à quelques kilomètres du gîte et faisables avec des enfants (notre plus jeune avait 10 ans). Des expériences gastronomiques de très bonne qualité à Raulhac même et à Pairherols ont complété un séjour très agréable!

Superbe pièce de vie pour séjour reposant et propriétaires 5 étoiles!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce beau gite très bien entretenu avec une grande pièce de vie chaleureuse, idéale pour passer de longues soirées au coin du feu! Il dispose également d'une grande cuisine ouverte très bien équipée, idéale pour se préparer des bons petits plats locaux! Ce gite est situé à la frontière entre le Cantal et l'Aveyron, ce qui nous a permis de rayonner dans ces 2 départements en fonction de la météo qui fût capricieuse pendant notre séjour. Le village de Raulhac situé à 2 minutes en voiture dispose de tous les petits commerces nécessaires (boulangerie, pâtisserie, épicerie, bar et même restaurant!) ce qui est bien pratique. A proximité du gite, de nombreuses randonnées vous attendent à travers champs, forêts, cascades magnifiques et montagnes avec le Plomb du Cantal notamment, que les propriétaires se feront un plaisir de vous expliquer, avec à votre disposition un classeur entier de cartes cartes IGN et de parcours! Pour finir, un petit mot tout particulier pour nos hôtes... des propriétaires très accueillants, à l'écoute, qui ont eu plaisir à nous parler de leur région, villages à visiter, randonnées, et soucieux que l'on passe un bon séjour malgré le temps. Nous pouvons dire que leur mission a été plus que réussie! Nous reviendrons dans le Cantal! Merci infiniment à vous Agnès et Joël, prenez soin de vous. Pablo, Aurore et David
