In a small context of only three residential units, Aladin Rent offers you this spacious and bright apartment, located at the gates of the historic center, with a private parking space.
The house is on two floors and is composed on the lower floor of: entrance, large living room, fully equipped kitchen with fridge oven dishwasher. Upstairs there is the sleeping area consisting of a large mezzanine, single bedroom with 3 beds, double bedroom, bathroom with washing machine and tub.
Strategic position at the gates of the historic center, not a limited traffic area therefore easy to access, it allows you to access the pedestrian area in a few minutes on foot.
Always on foot you can access all the main services (pizzerias, bars, restaurants, bank, post office, supermarket).
The parking space is located exactly under the house. As it is not a limited traffic area, the apartment is easily accessible by car.
In case of arrival by train, the station is about 1.4 km from the apartment. It is possible to walk through the historic center, or book a taxi for around € 7. The first bus stop is located about a hundred meters away.
Please always inform the arrival time in advance (at least one hour before) so that we can organize the check-in on time.

Logement spacieux parfaitement situé à quelques pas du centre-ville. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture au parking du logement et profiter. Il faisait très chaud pendant notre séjour mais grace à la climatisation le logement restait bien frais. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Nous étions deux dans ce grand appartement confortable en avril. Notre voiture était à l'abri dans le stationnement privé. Nous nous trouvions tout près du centre historique. Seule la cuisine est un peu petite pour qui a l'intention de se préparer à manger.

Four of us stayed quite comfortably in this apartment, 3 faculty and one student on the couch. Stefania reacted immediately to make us comfortable. It was a very good location, within 5 minutes of reaching the Orthodox Baptistry. I would book again!

Prima locatie, leuk ingericht huis, maar matig onderhouden.

Een mooi en gunstig gelegen appartement op loopafstand van het centrum in een redelijk rustige straat met een prima afhaal Pizzeria twee deuren verder. Goede parkeerplaats waar ik ook met onze Volvo 240 Station makkelijk in kon. Het is wel, mede door de vele dakramen, een erg warm huis. Aangezien een airco ontbreekt niet echt geschikt voor verhuur in juli en augustus. Ook was toen wij er waren de vaatwasser kapot, werkte de afzuigkap niet, waren er maar 2 van de 5 pitten van de kookplaat bruikbaar en was de lamp in het voorportaal kapot. De keukeninrichting was ook mager. Te weinig echt geschikte pannen, pollepels e.d. om in het appartement te koken en om koffie te maken. Alleen twee heel kleine espresso potjes voor op de kookplaat, wat best mager is voor een appartement voor vijf personen. Onze conclusie: een prima appartement voor mensen die niet zelf willen koken en hier buiten de warme maanden willen verblijven.
