Nonna Isa is situated 11 km from the historic centre of Ravenna and just 800 m from shops and restaurants in the hamlet of Santo Stefano. Ravenna’s UNESCO-listed mosaics, Dante’s Tomb, and vibrant city centre are all within easy reach, while the beaches of the Adriatic coast, amusement parks such as Mirabilandia, and the art cities of Bologna, Forlì and Florence are ideal for day trips. The villa’s convenient location also provides access to the Republic of San Marino and the lively resorts of the Riviera Romagnola.

Interior:
The villa is spread over two floors, covering a total area of approximately 300 sqm. The ground floor is divided into two units, each with its own independent entrance. These are not internally connected at this level, but both lead to the shared first floor via separate staircases. GROUND FLOOR – Unit 1: open-plan living area with dining table and kitchen; a children's play area; bathroom with shower and washing machine; living room with sofa and ornamental fireplace. Unit 2: double bedroom with ornamental fireplace; bathroom with shower and washing machine. FIRST FLOOR – connected by a corridor: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub; one bedroom with bunk bed and raised single bed (suitable for children); two double bedrooms (one with a 140 cm-wide bed); one shared bathroom with bathtub and shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Park:
The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced, flat, lawned garden of approximately 5000 sq m, shaded by mature trees. Directly outside the kitchen in Unit 1 is a paved outdoor dining area furnished with table, chairs, sofa, armchairs, umbrellas, awnings and a built-in barbecue. A short walk from the house is a beach volleyball court, a children’s play area and a cold-water shower. A small, fenced area in front of the villa houses some small farm animals. There is uncovered parking for up to eight cars just beyond the entrance gate.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The pool lies about 25 m from the villa and is reached along a gravel path. Rectangular in shape; measures 12 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; PVC lining; chlorine purification; internal lighting; accessed via four submerged Roman steps. The surrounding sunbathing area is fully fenced and equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
