Its superb 7m x 3m swimming pool faces the house and the large balcony.

Open the door to the garden and you'll find a magnificent private swimming pool (7m x 3m) for relaxing, a lovely terrace and a large patio.
It's the perfect place for sunbathing or relaxing.

The 60 m² private villa is built on 200 m² of land.
There is also 1 superb suite with king-size beds and smart TV.
The house has modern furnishings and a magnificent interior design.
The living room has a sofa from which you can enjoy the view of the pool or simply watch your favourite programme on your 65-inch smart TV. You'll also find a magnificent dining table that seats 4 guests.
