This place is designed to have direct access to the swimming pool and enjoy the breeze coming through your bedrooms with the sliding doors facing the pool. It is complete with the facilities you need for a cozy stay--a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD for a lazy day, and of course the pool with sun loungers for a more relaxing stay.

This villa is located in Rawai, close to authentic Thai restaurants, beautiful viewpoints and Phuket's asset beaches. Truly a perfect place for a perfect holiday!

The land size is 400 with a big villa building, fully furnished and equipped.

Living space:
- A large space of A/C living room with LCD screen TV, worldwide cable TV, DVD player.
- a fully equipped western kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster , oven etc.
- Dinning area for 4 persons.
- Two air-conditioned deluxe bedrooms with king size beds, Both bedroom are overlooking pool and direct access to the pool.
-Bedroom 1 has small balcony, dressing room, large bathroom has 2 showers with tropical rain forest design.
- Bedroom 2 in separated small building. It has dressing area, large bathroom.

Outside space:
- Terrace area for dining seat for 6 persons.
- Swimming pool size 4x8 meters and sunbathe on pool deck area
- Private car parking area

RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
