Unwind in Raymond, Maine at our cozy 4 season cottage with shared beach access to Sebago Lake and access to a shared boat ramp. The home features climate control for all seasons especially A/C for our wonderful summer weather. Additionally, we offer a full kitchen with all appliances of a single-family home, a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, living room with a fireplace, flat screen smart TV and complimentary Netflix streaming. Outdoors we offer a porch, spacious backyard with picnic table, patio furniture and a gas grill for BBQing. This home is conveniently located just off the 302 with reasonable travel time to the ocean beaches or mountain adventures. All the amenities for grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, cinemas, and tourist attractions are all within a 15 minute drive.
